  This Dollar General used to be out family's go-to convenience stop. They have a wide variety of food, household items, cleaners, pet foods, medicine, cards, baby items, clothing, and trinkets. Their prices are reasonable and they offer digital savings. In recent months, the cutomer service has really tanked. The majority of employees are rude and seemed bothered by customers. Even a couple of people who appear to be in management seem to be struggling with appropriate interactions. There is also a very obvious lack of training. It seems that the friendly and informed employees do not stay for long. This location also seems to have a LOT of issues with the digital coupons. More than once I have had to return to the store to return improperly priced items. It is truly unfortunate to see the store change so much. I can only hope it turns around as it used to be a great place to shop.

  Dirty, unorganized, chaos. The conveyer belt dividers are literal cardboard and tape. Usually, there's one register open regardless of the amount of customers. Lines can wrap down the aisle. I've seen cashiers try to blame it on the customers. Never seen an employee on the floor to ask customers if they needed help.
