  One of our dogs has been in and out of Kachina for a long time. He is treated very nice but the costs are getting out of hand. His diagnosis has not gotten any better. Possibly now with some wipes but he has been on Cephalexin way too long. Going on 6 mos. Never had a dog with such skin issues before but I guess we need insurance. They will not cover any predetermined causes. SOL
